Corporate Ministry Interview.
Shane McMahon brought the briefcase he grabbed the previous night in his and his father's Handicap-Ladder Match for Control of the WWF with Stone Cold Steve Austin. Balloons and confetti fell from the ceiling for the celebration for The Corporate Ministry. McMahon said it was a night of celebration for the good times and sheer and total dejection of Austin. McMahon guaranteed it would be a night no one would forget. They said they were celebrating because they kicked Austin's ass at the King of the Ring PPV, which meant The McMahon's had complete control of the company. It was Shane's official duty to announce the firing of Austin as the CEO. McMahon said Austin would go back where he started, which was the very bottom of the ladder. He said Austin was in the building and would compete in the ring later in the show in a preliminary match. McMahon said the fans could watch Austin at the end of the show as he took the ring apart for the event in the next city. McMahon said The Rock smelled what The Undertaker was cooking the previous night. He also said they were celebrating the complete harmony in The Corporate Ministry, as Triple H and The Undertaker were getting along so well. McMahon said things were going so well between the two, they would go one-on-one for the Heavyweight Title at the Fully Loaded PPV. The Big Bossman then came out to his old "Hard Times" entrance music. McMahon told The Corporate Ministry he and Shane had the situation under control. Bossman got in the ring, as McMahon told him he and Shane wouldn't budge. Bossman ended up telling McMahon and Shane, "I love you guys," which meant he was once again part of the group. The Corporate Ministry gathered up for a big group hug. Shane said paybacks were a bitch, referring to Austin. As he and his father continued to smile, Austin made his way out near the entrance-way. Austin said there wasn't a lot of use talking about his PPV match with McMahon and Shane, because everyone knew he was cheated out of the victory when someone pulled up the string that carried the briefcase. Austin said it was BS. Austin said knowing he might have been screwed, he took out a little bit of insurance policy. Austin said before the match, he wrote himself an new contract with extra zeros. Secondly, the clause that McMahon set on Austin a while back where Austin couldn't attack McMahon if he wasn't provoked, was no longer intact. Austin gave an example, saying when McMahon stepped out of his car when he arrived at a Raw is War event or opened the door at his home, Austin could punch him out. The only thing McMahon could do is put his teeth in his pocket and say, "Linda, Stone Cold knocked out some more of my teeth." Austin said when he was the CEO, he would become the Heavyweight Champion, so he booked a title match on 6/28 between he and The Undertaker, which meant it would take place later in the show. In the match, if any member of The Corporate Ministry interfered, The Undertaker would be disqualified and Austin would be awarded the title.

Security official, Jim Dotson was about to take the woman out of the ring, but Ivory told him to allow her in. The fan turned out to want nothing to do with Ivory, although Ivory continued to taunt her. When the fan turned around, Ivory slapped her. The fan then speared Ivory. Nicole Bass took ahold of the fan and put her through a powerbomb. Ivory looked as if she was concerned for the fan, but ended up clotheslining her. Dotson then stopped the attack, although Ivory was pulling on the fan's hair and got a handful.

Debra got on the apron and opened her jacket in front of X-Pac, but X-Pac turned around and nailed Jarrett with a guitar. The referee was unable to make the pinfall, because not only was he distracted before but once again - this time by Debra's puppies. Ass then entered the ring once again and naied X-Pac with the Famouser, which let Jarrett make the pinfall. Ass continued his attack on X-Pac after Jarrett's victory.
